At STAY WRONG, we aim to deliver your favorite styles quickly, safely, and affordably.
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, dispatch, tracking, and delivery of your orders placed on https://staywrong.com.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India using trusted delivery partners, including:

  • Shiprocket, Delhivery, and other private courier aggregators.
    These logistics partners help us ensure reliable and fast delivery to most serviceable pin codes across the country.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 6 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • In case of stock unavailability, unexpected delays, or verification requirements, we will inform you promptly via email or phone.

3. Delivery Time

Note: Delivery timelines are approximate. Delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, strikes, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may apply on select orders or promotional offers, as displayed on our website.
  • For other orders, a nominal shipping fee will be charged, shown during checkout before payment.
  • Shipping charges vary depending on order value, location, and courier availability.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner name (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc.).
  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website or through Shiprocket’s tracking portal.

If you face any issue with tracking, delayed updates, or no response from the courier partner:

  1. First, raise a complaint or query directly with the courier using the tracking number provided.
  2. If your concern is not resolved within a reasonable time, you can escalate the issue to usat staywrongcare@gmail.com or info@staywrong.com.
  3. We will coordinate with Shiprocket/Delhivery or the respective courier to resolve your concern at the earliest.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout:

  • Include your complete address, correct pincode, and phone number.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Order Verification

To prevent fraud or delivery issues:

  • We may contact you via email or phone to verify your order details.
  • Orders may be delayed or cancelled if verification fails or payment information is invalid.

8. Delayed or Lost Packages

In rare cases, a package may be delayed or lost in transit due to courier issues:

  • Contact the respective courier service using your tracking number first.
  • If the courier fails to respond or resolve the issue, please escalate the matter to us with your order ID and tracking details.
  • After confirming with the shipping partner, we will either resend the product or process a full refund, depending on product availability.

9. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel:

  1. Record an unboxing video before opening the package.
  2. Share the video and photos with us at staywrongcare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Our team will review the evidence and offer a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Multiple Shipments

For large or mixed orders, your items may be shipped in multiple packages and could arrive on different days.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

11. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Customer unavailability,
  • Wrong address, or
  • Failure to collect after multiple attempts,

We can re-ship the order after the customer pays the additional shipping cost.
If you choose cancellation instead, a refund (if applicable) will be issued after deducting two-way courier charges.

12. Shipping Delays Beyond Our Control

STAY WRONG is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier partner backlogs, strikes, or network issues
  • Public holidays or natural calamities
  • Regional restrictions or lockdowns

However, we always work closely with Shiprocket and Delhivery to minimize such delays and ensure timely delivery.
