Return & Refund Policy of Staywrong

Thank you for shopping with STAY WRONG.
We want you to love every product you buy from us. If, however, you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’re here to help you with a smooth and fair return or exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You provide a clear unboxing video of the parcel showing the issue at the time of opening.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

⚠️ Important:

  • Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Do not remove or damage tags before making the video.
  • You must email us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a return.

2. Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Record a full unboxing video while opening your parcel. The video must clearly show the sealed package and the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.).
  2. Send the video and your order details tostaywrongcare@gmail.com or info@staywrong.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.
  4. If your return is approved, we will share the return address or arrange a reverse pickup (depending on your pin code).
  5. Once we receive and verify the returned product, your refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and verified by our quality control team.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–15 working hours to your original payment method (via PayU).
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Note: For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You will be required to share your bank details securely via email.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong size, color, or a defective product:

  • You can request an exchange of the same item.
  • Replacement will be initiated once we receive and inspect the original item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size or style is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items purchased during Sale, Clearance, or Discount Offers.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Returns reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items without a valid unboxing video.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video.
  • We will verify and approve the return/exchange after reviewing the evidence.
  • Replacement or refund will be processed as per policy.

We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the product is found used, tampered with, or intentionally damaged.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • For valid cancellations, refunds are issued within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping charges.
  • If you are returning for any other reason (such as change of mind or incorrect size ordered), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

9. Important Notes

  • All return and refund decisions are subject to video verification and product inspection.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the product passes quality checks.
  • Partial refunds may be granted for products not in original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
