This Payment Policy explains how we handle online and offline payments, refunds, and related issues for all purchases made through our website https://staywrong.com.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Payment Gateway

All online payments on STAY WRONG are processed securely through PayU Payment Gateway.

  • PayU is a trusted, PCI DSS-compliant payment service provider.
  • All transactions, including payment processing, authorization, and failure handling, are managed by PayU.
  • STAY WRONG does not collect, process, or store your payment details such as card numbers, CVV, UPI IDs, or bank credentials.

⚠️ If you face any payment failure, double deduction, or pending status, the issue is handled directly by PayU, as per their transaction and settlement process.
Once PayU confirms the transaction, we receive the payment and proceed with order fulfillment.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods through PayU:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
  • Debit Cards (All major Indian banks)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking (All major banks)
  • Wallets & PayLater options (where supported by PayU)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for select products and pin codes.

3. Payment Security

Your security is our top priority.
All payments are made using SSL encryption and verified through PayU’s secure servers.

  • STAY WRONG never has access to or stores your confidential payment information.
  • In case of any suspicious activity, please contact your bank immediately and inform us at staywrongcare@gmail.com.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization by PayU.
  • Once the transaction is verified, an Order Confirmation Email/SMS will be sent to you with your Order ID.
  • If the payment fails or remains pending, your order will not be confirmed until PayU marks it successful.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on limited pin codes and for eligible products only.
  • Once placed, COD orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in account restrictions or blocking from future orders.

❗ Please ensure availability at your delivery address to receive COD orders.
Repeated refusals will be flagged as misuse of service.

6. Failed or Pending Transactions

If money is deducted from your account but you do not receive order confirmation:

  1. The transaction is likely pending at PayU’s end due to bank or network delay.
  2. Such payments are usually auto-reversed to your source account within 5–7 working days by PayU or your bank.
  3. STAY WRONG does not have manual access to approve, cancel, or refund such transactions directly.
  4. If the refund is not received after 7 working days, please email us your transaction reference number (UTR or PayU ID) atstaywrongcare@gmail.com, and we will coordinate with PayU to check the status.

7. Refund Timeline (for Approved Cancellations or Returns)

If your order qualifies for a refund (as per our Return & Refund Policy):

Refunds are initiated only after product verification and confirmation with the PayU gateway.
Once PayU initiates the refund, it will reflect in your account as per your bank’s processing timelines.

8. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices on https://staywrong.comare in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST under GSTIN 07FRMPK6979Q1ZE.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, offers, or discounts without prior notice.
  • Any additional payment gateway or convenience fee (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

9. Fraud and Chargebacks

  • STAY WRONG closely monitors all payment transactions to detect fraud or misuse.
  • In case of any chargeback raised with the bank without valid reason, we reserve the right to block the customer account and take legal action.
  • Fraudulent transactions or misuse of promo codes, offers, or COD options will result in order cancellation and permanent ban.

10. Disputes and Payment Issues

If you have any payment-related concerns:

  1. First, check your email or SMS for PayU payment confirmation.
  2. If the transaction shows success but the order is not confirmed, contact staywrongcare@gmail.com with:
    • Your Order ID (if generated)
    • PayU Transaction ID or UTR
    • Payment date and amount
  3. We will escalate the issue to PayU’s technical team for verification and resolution.

⚠️ Please note: Payment disputes, delays, or reversals depend on PayU and your respective bank. STAY WRONG does not directly handle transaction settlements.
