Cancellation Policy STAY WRONG

At STAY WRONG, every order is custom-packed and processed with care soon after it is confirmed.
As a growing brand, we currently do not support easy or change-of-mind cancellations once an order has been placed.
This policy ensures that our operations remain efficient, costs are controlled, and products are reserved only for serious customers.

1. No Cancellations After Order Placement

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.
  • This includes cases where:
    • You change your mind,
    • Wish to modify the product, size, or address,
    • Or do not want the product after placing the order.

⚠️ Important: Please review your order carefully before making payment.
Once an order is confirmed, it automatically enters our fulfillment system for processing and packaging.

2. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation (Exceptional Cases Only)

In very rare cases, if your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request cancellation within a few hours of placing it, subject to the following:

  • You must email us immediately atstaywrongcare@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Approval is not guaranteed and depends solely on whether your order has entered the dispatch stage.
  • If the cancellation is approved before shipping, a small transaction & processing fee (2–3%) may be deducted from the refund.

Once the order has been picked, packed, or handed over to our courier partner (Shiprocket/Delhivery or others), no cancellation or refund will be processed.

3. Post-Dispatch / In-Transit Orders

  • Orders that are already shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled.
  • Refusing to accept a delivery will be treated as an unauthorized return, and future orders from that customer may be restricted or blocked.
  • If such an order is returned to us, two-way shipping charges (forward + return) will be deducted from any eligible refund.

4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method via PayU Payment Gateway within 7–10 working days.
  • Transaction processing fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the total refund.

5. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

For COD orders:

  • We do not accept cancellation requests once the order is confirmed.
  • Repeated COD rejections or refusals to accept delivery may result in your account being blocked from future orders.
  • To maintain smooth operations, frequent COD misuse will lead to permanent ban of that address or customer ID.

6. Order Cancellation by STAY WRONG

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock or unavailable.
  • Payment verification failure or incomplete transaction.
  • Invalid or incomplete address/contact information.
  • Order flagged as suspicious or fraudulent by our payment or logistics systems.

In such cases, a full refund (if payment was received) will be issued within 7–10 working days.

7. Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests made via social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) will not be considered valid.
  • All communication must be made through email to ensure proper record keeping.
  • This strict policy helps us maintain transparency, operational efficiency, and fair pricing for genuine customers.
