- You must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel to support claims of damage or defect.
- The video should clearly show the unsealing of the package and the issue.

- Send your unboxing video and order details to staywrongcare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our support team will review the case and approve or deny the return.
- Upon approval, you may send back the product.
- Refunds are processed within 7–15 working hours after the returned product is received and verified.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for items without a valid unboxing video or for products used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
